본 연구는 도시 내부를 대상으로 창조계층의 입지특성을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구내용을 종합한 결과, 서울시 창조계층은 도심, 서초구 및 강남구, 여의도 및 홍대일대에서 두드러진 분포를 보였다. 창조계층의 분포는 도심보다 서초구 및 강남구에서 더욱 강한 집적을 나타내었다. 창조계층 분류별로는 핵심적 창조계층과 창조적 전문가의 두 집단은 업무지역인 도심과 서초구 및 강남구에 입지하였으나, 보헤미안은 홍대일대에서 독자적으로 입지하며 공간적으로 타 집단과 구분되는 특성을 가지는 것이 확인되었다.
Abstract
This research aims to investigate the local characteristics of the creative class in an urban area. The results show that the creative class of the city of Seoul is distributed mainly in the central business district, Seocho-gu, Gangnam-gu, Yeouido and Hongik Univ. area. It was also found that the distribution of the creative class is more concentrated in Seocho-gu and Gangnam-gu compared to the central business district. The Bohemian population is spatially separated from the others by residing independently in Hongik Univ. area, while the creative core and the creative professionals are located in the central business district, Seocho-gu and Gangnam-gu.
