한국‧일본‧대만 3국의 지적재조사사업 비교 연구

효율적인 토지관리와 소유권 보호를 주목적으로 하고 있는 지적제도는 국가의 형태 사회적 관습, 환경 등과 관련하여 각기 다른 형태를 지니고 있다. 동북아시아 국가 중 한국 및 대만과 일본의 지적제도는 지적제도의 창설과 관련하여 깊은 관련성을 지니고 있으며, 현행 지적제도 및 지적제도의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 추진한 지적재조사사업도 매우 유사한 형태를 지니고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 동북아시아 국가 중 한국과 대만 및 일본의 지적제도의 창설과 지적재조사사업의 추진현황을 비교하고 분석하였으며 이를 토대로 우리나라의 지적재조사사업의 개선방향을 제시하고자 하였다.
Abstract
The cadastral institute for the purpose of the efficient land management and ownership protection is being the diverse type the relation to the environments and custom of the each countries. The cadastral systems between the Korea and Taiwan, Japan in East Asia has been the specific characteristics the establishment of the origin the modern cadastral system. To improve the problems of the current cadastral administration and institution, the cadastral resurvey project also has very close relationship those countries systems. Thus this paper is to analyse and compare the current situation of cadastral resurvey project as well as the creation of the early cadastral systems between those countries.
