Abstract

In the China socialist legal system formed at the turn of the century, economic law is quite an important department law. It is known to all that the modern market economy is not only an effective economical operation structure, but also a systematic and complete legal system. Therefore, the economic legislation and economic legal system should play an important role through the whole development process of China socialist legal system. In the 21st century, with the acceding to WTO, the Chinese socialist market economy has entered a new phase of development, which has brought many new opportunities and challenges. Hence, Chinese economic law should make further development and breakthrough. We need accurately recognize the situation for the development of economical law, and strengthen the application research of economical law while innovating in the theoretical study of economical law. The economical law study should have important theoretical and realistic significance, benefiting the modernization of national governing system and capacity, perfecting the socialist market economy system in China, and enhancing the influence of Chinese economy.
