본 연구는 오늘날 의학의 발달과 그로 인한 수명의 연장, 인공지능의 고도화와 그에 따른 인간의 (지식) 노동의 대체(代替)로 일자리 감소와 잉여인간화 및 인간 정체성의 혼란 같은 ‘기술적 창의성’이 활발히 일어나 문화적, 사회구조적으로 ‘탈인격(脫人格)’적인 흐름이 지배하는 시대에 인격적, 인간적 특징을 회복하고 강화하는 ‘사회적 창의성’에 관해 분석, 논의한다. 초연결사회 속 고립의 시대에 초고령사회의 개인 행복과 공동체의 번영은 인격적인 면, 무엇보다도 행복하고 좋은 삶(good life)에 핵심적인 신체적, 정신적 건강과 친밀하고 긍정적인 관계와 ‘우정’, 즉 활력자산이 형성되고 활용되어야 한다. 초고령사회와 수명연장 시대의 지속가능성을 제고할 뿐 아니라 지지(支持)가 되는 신체적, 정신적 건강과 긍정적인 관계와 ‘우정’은 행복, 성취, 동기, 긍정의 마인드를 갖게 하는 ‘활력자산’이자, 개인의 행복과 공동체의 번영을 촉진하는 ‘사회적 창의성’을 위한 중요한 기초로서 역할과 기능을 하기 때문이다. 이러한 전통적인 기독교 윤리적 덕목은 건강과 관계와 ‘우정’이 개인들과 공동체가 더불어 살아가고 모두를 위한 번영의 삶이 추구되는 사회적 창의성의 발현이란 목적을 위해 재발견되고 회복될 가치가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss ‘social ingenuity’ restoring and developing personal and human attributes in an era of rising technological ingenuity and the dominance of impersonal values, which can be exemplified by developments in medicine, increased life expectancy, advancement of AI, job losses, surplus humanity, and a crisis of human identity. Bonds and friendship can help to enhance and support the sustainability of a super-aged society with increased life expectancy brought about by technological ingenuity. They prove to be vitality assets key to a good life that lead to happiness, achievement, motivation, and a positive mindset, and play various roles in cultivating social ingenuity to promote personal contentment and community prosperity. Therefore, in order to focus on exploring bonds and friendship, this study analyzes concepts such as posse, big ideas crowd, regenerative community, and others. The type of humanity that reveals these relational individuals and bonds of community does not rest on impersonal aspects but rather personal implications. Their comparison and analysis clarify not only how we can address role loss, surplus humans, a crisis of human identity, generational conflict, and demographic cliff, but also what is required in building vitality assets and social ingenuity to achieve individual happiness and community prosperity in a super-aged society.
