MVP has been running for approximately 7 years, and a lot of evaluation reports and papers are being published along with the progress of MVP. Once analyze those evaluations, however, it shows that a variety of views towards MVP outcomes is dispersed here and there. Therefore, this paper is to apprehend outcomes and limitations of MVP by analyzing evaluations published after 2005. This paper has divided evaluation reports into 3 areas as “Agricultural Productivity”, “Health and Sanitation”, “Children Stunting” which areas that have been evaluated. Then it is divided into two substructures as ‘positive appraisal’ and ‘negative appraisal’ and discussed synthetically. Based on this analysis, South Korea’s priorities for the effective performance of business is also discussed when South Korea is currently participating in MVP in Tanzania, Uganda, and Madagascar.
