Abstract
In Hamlet of William Shakespeare, the hero, Hamlet has so many various problems with his life. His complicated problems include his father's unexpected death, his uncle's hasty marriage with his mother, hesitation of revenge against the uncle, and his unfinished love toward Ophelia. He tries to solve these problems in many ways as much as he can. But he can't. The more he tries to escape from the his present matters, the deeper he is plunged into a maze. In other words he faces his own spiritual problems which mankind can never solve. As a result of these several problems, he suffers from serious hypochondria, acts like a madman and finally makes up his mind to revenge. Although he knows that he must not do like this, he is marching toward destruction little by little. His problems undone, he dies in the end.Hamlet shows us most cases in our life might be beyond control. It seems to say it is just human life and existence. So it doesn't present the way to settle this human situation clearly.
