직장인의 모자화 반응특성과 대인관계문제에 관한 연구-미혼남녀를 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 직장인의 모자화 반응특성에 따른 대인관계문제가 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 알아보는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 대구, 경북, 인천, 구미, 포항, 평택지역에 근무하는 미혼남녀 450명(남성 234명, 여성 216명)이며, 자료수집기간은 2012년 4월 23일부터 2012년 12일 19일까지이다. 연구도구는 모자화와 대인관계문제검사이며, 자료 분석을 위해 빈도분석, 일원변량분석, 사후검증으로 Scheffe-test를 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모자화 반응특성에 따른 대인관계문제는 미혼남성의 경우 아이상이 큰 경우가 아주 작은 경우보다 대인관계문제가 적은 것으로 나타났고, 미혼여성의 경우 어머니상이 웃는 표정인 경우가 공백인 경우보다 대인관계문제가 적은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모자화 반응특성에 따른 대인관계문제의 하위요인별로 살펴보면, 미혼남성의 경우 통제지배는 어머니상 형태, 사회적 억제는 아이상의 크기, 과순응성은 아이상의 얼굴표현, 자기희생은 음영, 과관여는 아이상 형태와 아이상의 신체부위 생략에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났고, 미혼여성의 경우 비주장성은 어머니상의 표정, 과순응성과 자기희생은 어머니상의 얼굴표현에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 즉 직장인의 모자화 반응특성 중 어머니상의 형태, 어머니상 얼굴표현, 아이상 얼굴표현, 아이상 크기, 어머니상의 얼굴표현이 대인관계문제와 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study investigated the correlation between the response characteristics shown in mother-and-child drawings by the participants in employment and their interpersonal relationship problems. The participants were 450 singles (234 males and 216 females) working in the areas including Daegu, Gyeongbuk, Inchon, Gumi, Pohang, and Pyongtaek. Data collection lasted from April 23 to December 19, 2012. The instruments included the mother and child drawing test and an interpersonal relationship scale. Data were analyzed using a frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe-test as a post-hoc test. The findings are as follows. First, in the single male group those who drew bigger child figures reported less interpersonal relationship problems than those who drew smaller child figures. In the female group those who drew smiling mothers reported less interpersonal relationship problems than those who left the space blank. Second, the single male group showed significant differences in the subcategories of interpersonal relationship including dominant control, social restraint, over-compliance, self-sacrifice, and over-involvement; Dominant control showed significant differences in mother figures, social restraint in the size of child figures, over-compliance in the descriptions of the child's face, self-sacrifice in shades, and finally over-involvement in the child figures and the omittance of child body parts. For the single female group significant differences were found in the subcategories of interpersonal relationship including non-assertiveness, self-sacrifice, and over-compliance; Non-assertiveness showed significant differences in the mother's facial expressions. Over-compliance and self-sacrifice showed significant differences in the descriptions of the mother's face. In conclusion, the participants' interpersonal relationships were correlated with the subcategories such as the mother figures, description of the mother's face, description of the child's face, and the size of the child figure.
