재직자와 실직자 기혼남성의 모자화 반응특성에 따른 애착에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 재직자와 실직자 기혼남성의 모자화 반응특성과 모자관계에 따른 애착에는 어떠한 관련성을 보이는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 서울, 인천, 대전, 대구, 경기, 충북, 경북, 경남, 전북, 부산 지역에 거주하는 재직 기혼남성과 실직 기혼남성 361명이며, 측정도구로는 모자화와 성인애착척도이다. 자료 분석을 위해 빈도분석과 t-test, 일원변량분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 첫째, 재직자와 실직자 기혼남성의 모자화 반응특성(아이상, 어머니상, 모자상)에 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 빈도분석을 실시한 결과, 아이상과 어머니상에서 두 집단 모두에서 ‘전신표현’이 가장 많이 나타났으며, 아이상과 어머니상의 얼굴표현에서 재직자 집단보다 실직자 집단에서 ‘모두 표현’한 것이 더 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 신체접촉에서는 재직자 집단에서는 ‘접촉 있음’이 가장 많이 나타난 반면에 실직자 집단에서는 ‘접촉 없음’이 가장 많이 나타나는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재직자와 실직자 기혼남성의 애착이 차이가 있는지를 살펴본 결과, 재직자 집단이 실직자 집단보다 애착-의존이 높고, 애착-친밀이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재직자와 실직자 기혼남성의 모자관계에 따라 애착에 차이가 있는지를 살펴본 결과 재직자에서만 모자관계에 따라 애착-의존에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으나 집단간에는 차이가 없었다.
Abstract
This study examined the relationship between the characteristics of the mother-child drawings by employed and unemployed males and their mother-child attachment. The participants were 361 employed or unemployed married males living in the areas such as Seoul, Inchon, Daegeon, Daegu, Gyeongi-do, Chungcheongbuk-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Gyeongsangnam-do, Jeollabuk-do, and Busan. The instruments included the mother-child drawing test and adult attachment scale. The data were analyzed using a frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The findings are as follows. First, the frequency analysis on the characteristics of the mother-child drawings (child figures, mother figures, mother and child figures) showed that the whole body appeared the most frequently in the child figure and mother figure drawings by both groups. In the face description of the child and mother, the unemployed group drew the whole face more frequently than the employed group. In addition, while physical contact appeared in the drawings of the employed group the most frequently, no physical contact appeared in the drawings of the unemployed group the most frequently. Second, in attachment, the employed group showed higher attachment dependence and lower attachment intimacy than the unemployed group. Third, the employed group showed significant differences between mother-child relationship and attachment dependence. No significant differences were found between the groups.
