미술치료사의 미술중재 인식이 전문성 발달에 미치는 영향: 자기성찰과 수퍼비전의 매개효과

초록

본 연구 미술치료사의 전문성발달과 유관 변인인 미술중재인식, 자기성찰, 수퍼비전을 탐색하고 변인 간 영향관계를 실증하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구참여자는 국내 미술치료사 281명이며, 수집된 자료는 통계분석을 위하여, SPSS 25.0 program과 AMOS 23.0 prgram을 사용하였고, 연구모형 검증을 위해 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Modeling)분석과 Pearson의 상관분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술중재인식은 전문성 발달과 자기성찰, 수퍼비전에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 자기성찰과 수퍼비전은 전문성 발달에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 미술중재인식은 자기성찰과 수퍼비전을 매개로하여 미술치료사의 전문성 발달에 간접적인 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수퍼비전에 비해 자기성찰의 매개효과가 월등히 높은 결과를 보였으며, 미술중재인식과 전문성 발달은 두 요인간 매개변수를 확인하는 과정에서는 유의미하지 않은 결과가 나왔다. 이는 자기성찰을 인식하지 않고 미술작업을 하는 것은 전문성 발달에 영향을 주지 못한다는 것을 시사한 중요한 결과라고 할 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore factors related to the professional development of art therapists, such as art arbitration awareness, self-reflection, and supervision, and to demonstrate the relation of influence between variables. The participants in the study were 281 domestic art therapists, and the collected data were analyzed statistically. The results of this study were summarized as follows. First, it was found that the recognition of art intervention, self-reflection, and supervision directly affected the professional development, self-reflection, and supervision. Second, as the result of analyzing the mediating effect of the major variables, it was found that the recognition of art materials indirectly and significantly influenced on the professional development of art therapists by self-reflection and supervision. Third, the mediating effect of self-reflection was significantly higher than that of supervision, and the results of art intervention recognition and professional development were insignificant in the process of confirming the parameters between the two factors. This is an important result that doing art work without recognizing self-reflection does not affect professional development.
