Abstract

IT(Information Technology) means not only to write a paper using computer，but also to accumulate data scattering around and convert it into useful informations. The IT society is that one which is maintained and made up of by the circulation of these informations. The IT level of Korean sinology is rather a low one. The database of articles does not exit and ,if it does，there is no proper maintenance to that. But hereafter the Chinese studies by Korean scholars cannot and should not be done in the personal level. The reason for that is as below;
