A New Bicolored Rose Cultivar, “Yellow Blue”

Abstract
A new bicolor standard rose (Rose hybrida Hort.) cultivar “Yelow Blue” was developed from a cross “Berona” andacteristics were investigated for three time from 20 to 2004. This newly bred rose cultivar were Yellow group color (RHS No. 9-C), few thorns, high yield, and standard large flower. The ray floret and flower center were harmonized well, and the vase life wasabout 11 days. This cultivar was registered as a commercial cultivars in 2003. It will be able to be planted in any greenhouse pro-duction region in Korea.
