질소시비량에 따른 벼 근동질유전자 계통의 흰잎마름병균에 대한 반응

Abstract

Eleven near-isogenic lines(NILs) of rice having different resistance gene to BB in IR24 genetic background were evaluated for resistance to BB under the different nitrogen fertilizer levels. Lesion length of compatible NILs to races K1, K2 and K3 of BB under heavy fertilizer level was larger than that under the none and standard fertilizer levels, respectively. NILs carrying xa5, Xa7 and xa8 gene, respectively showed shorter lesion length to races K1, K2 and K3 regardless of nitrogen fertilizer levels. Particularly, IRBB21 carrying Xa21 showed susceptible to race K1, but resistant reactions to races K2 and K3, respectively.
