주거비 지출이 건강수준에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구는 가계가 주택 등 자산소득으로 노후자금 등 복지재원을 직접 마련하게 하는 자산기반복지시스템에서 가계의 주거부담 정도가 가구주의 건강에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 주거부담정도를 주택가격 또는 보증금, 가계부채규모, 가처분소득, 원리금과 월세 부담액으로 보고, 이러한 주거부담정도가 건강수준, 특히 정신건강에 미치는 영향을 고찰했다. 일반건강수준과 우울감 및 자존감은 소득, 주택가격(보증금)의 영향을 받으며, 성, 배우자유무, 연령 등 인구통계학적 변수의 영향도 받는 것으로 나타났다. 부채규모와 부채에 따른 원리금상환 부담이 일반건강과 정신건강수준에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대했으나, 실증 결과는 기대와 달리 전혀 그러하지 않았다.

Abstract

This paper investigates the relationship between level of housing burden and health status in asset-based welfare system, a household should prepare the fund to use elderly life expenses for assets. We make the housing related variables by housing price or deposit, size of debt and total payment of rents and interests, disposable income, housing tenancy. And we control gender, spouse, residing province, age, education. General health and depression, self-esteem are effected by income, housing price(deposit), and demographic variables, for example gender, spouse, education, age. Debt and total payment, however, don't affect to health.
