본 연구는 최근 성폭력 피해자 지원체계의 변화이후 성폭력 피해자들의 지원서비스 이용 경험을 살펴보았다. 서비스 이용자의 관점에서 지원체계를 탐색했으며, 특히 친족 성인에 의한 아동성폭력 피해자에 초점을 맞추었다. 최근 피해자 지원 기관을 이용한 친족 성폭력 피해 아동 및 보호자와 지원 서비스 경험에 대해 심층 인터뷰를 진행했고 연구결과 참여자들의 보호자 부재와 다양한 환경적 위험요인의 존재 및 보호요인의 취약성은 이들의 지원기관 경험을 이해하는 중요한 맥락적 조건을 구성하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 피해자들의 피해자 지원기관에 대한 인지도가 높지 않은 상황에서 피해자들은 다양한 경로로 지원기관에 접근하고 있었으며, 지원기관에서 사례를 통합, 조정할 수 있는 사회 서비스 기능의 강화와 피해자들이사건 종료 후 성인기로의 진입을 성공적으로 완수할 수 있도록 진학과 취업 준비를 위한 지원의 필요성이 중요하게 대두되었다. 이를 바탕으로 친족 성폭력 피해아동 연구 및 서비스 제공을 위한 학문적, 실천적 함의를 논의하였다.
Abstract
Recently, Korea witnessed the development and change in victim support system for sexual violence survivors. This study explored the sexual violence survivors' experiences of victim support system in Korea. Particularly, the study focused on the intrafamilial child sexual abuse and examined the system from the perspective of the survivors. In-depth interviews were conducted with the survivors with regard to their experiences of the support services. Results indicated that the absence of parents or guardians, existence of multiple risk factors as well as scarcity of protective factors were important context in which we can understand the survivors' experiences. Few were aware of the existence of crisis intervention center, which prevented the survivors from receiving the services from the initial stage. Case management coordinating and integrating services from various disciplines emerged as an important imperative.
