청소년 人性敎育에 대한 유학적 시론

Abstract

From the point of confucian view, the problems of suicide and school violation of adolescents must be solved without a moment's delay. So founding the point of confucian view, I have investigated the practical methods of humanity education of adolescents by checking it's purpose and actual conditions. By the results of the work, the policies and the education curriculum and the school's education system of humanity education of adolescents in the meantime can be estimated affirmatively. But because of gratifying results-oriented sense of value and managements, the actual conditions of humanity education of adolescents are estimated negatively. So I present three schemes as the practical methods of humanity education of adolescents. First, the returning to normalcy of social system and ethics. Second, the returning to normalcy of school education from the standpoint of "the Rectification of Name in Confucian's Philosophy". Third, the renovation based on teaching attitudes of embracing his own students in the humanity education of adolescents. And the contents of renovated humanity education is characterized by the following. First, the practice of justice(義) through the observance of rules. Second, the practice of respect(敬) to having sound mind. Third, the practice of Ren(仁) as the overcoming self-centered consciousness and behavior habits. This is the theory of Confucius humanity education of adolescents in the present age.
