무용 전공유형별 연기력 평가를 위한 평정오차 분석: 다국면 Rasch 모형의 적용

이 연구의 목적은 고등학교 무용콩쿠르 심사결과를 이용하여 무용유형에 따라 심사자의 엄격성과 일관성에 차이가 있는가를 검증하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 전국규모의 무용콩쿠르 대회에 지원한 발레 29명, 현대무용 20명, 한국무용 33명의 무용수를 각각 4명의 심사자가 판정한 평정자료를 이용하였다. 심사자의 엄격성과 일관성을 검증하기 위해 Facets 3.2 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 다국면(심사자, 피험자) Rasch 모형은 평정자 점수를 조정하는 목적으로 활용되었다. 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 동일한 평정점수라 할지라도 순위결정 방법에 따라 결과는 달라진다. 심사자의 평정오차를 분석한 결과 현대무용과 한국무용의 심사자 엄격성 정도는 차이가 있게 나타났으며, 특히 한국무용의 경우 1명의 심사자가 매우 일관성이 없는 평정을 함으로써 연기력 판정에 부적합한 결과를 야기시켰다. 따라서 지속되고 있는 무용 심사의 비객관적인 문제를 해결하고 입시 및 콩쿠르에서 우수무용수를 선정하기 위해 연기력 평가 기준에 대한 체계적인 정립이 필요하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of judge's severity and inconsistency, and to suggest the way of providing feedback for judges using Many-facet Rasch analysis. The data consisted of four judges' rating of high school's dancers on each of three events (Korean=33, Modern=20, Ballet=29). To test for goodness of fitness in judges of dance events, Facets 3.2 were used. The many-faceted Rasch measurement model was used to calibrate the judges' score. The Judges' severity and inconsistency were examined by ranking form the each methods, Infit and Outfit statistics, chi-square test, and reliability of separation index. Results showed that judges' level of severity was different from dance events(Korean, Modern) and that ranking form the each methods were vary. The results obtained from many-facet Rasch analyses could be used to provide feedback for judges in training.
