농구 체육특기자 대학입학전형을 위한 주요 경기력요인 분석연구

본 연구는 지속적으로 문제가 제기되고 있는 체육특기자 선발제도의 개선방안으로 제시되고 있는 “체육특기자선발을 위한 객관적 경기력 지표개발”의 기초연구로서, 체육특기자 대학입시의 주요개선방안과 농구종목의 주요 경기력평가요소를 규명함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2021학년도 농구 체육특기자 전형요소와 한국농구중·고연맹의공인 경기기록지를 분석하였고, 전문가 의견조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 농구 체육특기자 입시현황은 전체 모집인원 81명이었고. 성별 및 포지션을 지정하지 않은 대학이 일부 있었다. 지원자격 요건에서 14대학이 16강 이내 실적을요구하였고, 2대학은 선수등록만을 자격요건으로 제시하고 있었으며, 전형요소는 경기실적이 60% 이상의 비중을 차지하여 가장 높았다. 둘째, 프로리그, 대학연맹, 중·고연맹의 공인 경기기록지를 비교한 결과 고교경기의 공인기록지에는필드골 성공률, 성공/시도, 공·수 리바운드, 속공 성공/실패, 실책, 페인트존 점수, 출전시 팀 득점마진이 기록되고있지 않았다. 셋째, 전문가의견조사 결과 우수선수로 평가할 수 있는 능력은 포지션별로 상이하였으며, 각 포지션별기록항목의 중요도도 다른 것으로 나타났다. 이를 종합한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 입시전형에서 경기실적증명서에만의존하는 문제의 해결방안으로 단체 속 개인을 평가할 수 있는 개인경기력 평가지표의 개발 및 적용이 요구된다. 둘째, 경기기록지와 경기실적증명서에는 개인 경기력을 평가할 수 있도록 최소한의 개인기록 변인들이 추가되어야할 것이다. 셋째, 농구선수의 경기력 평가지표는 포지션을 고려하여 개발되어야 한다.
Abstract
This study is a precedent study of "the development of objective performance indicators for the drafting of student-athletes," which is presented as a solution to improve the selection system of student-athletes. The purpose of this study is to identify necessary improvements to the college athlete selection system and major performance evaluation factors. First, this study analyzed the elements of the 2021 college basketball player selection process and the Korean Secondary School Basketball Federation's official records and conducted an expert survey. The result showed that 81 student-athlete places were available overall, and some schools did not specify gender or position. Fourteen universities required performance within the round of 16 or above, two universities only required player registration, and performance accounted for more than 60% of selection factors. Second, when official records of Korean Basketball League, Korea University Basketball Federation, and KSSBF were compared, KSSBF did not record FG%(Field Goals %), Made-Attempt, Offensive & Defensive Rebound, FB%(Fastbreaks %), TO(Turnover), PP(Paint-zone Points), On/Off Court Margin. Third, the expert survey showed that the abilities evaluated to determine elite athletes and the order of priority in recorded items would differ among positions. As a solution to the problems in college entrance due to heavy reliance on proof of game performances, it is critical to develop and apply an individual performance evaluation index that can evaluate an individual within a group. Second, official records and game performance certificates should include individual record variables to evaluate an individual athlete's performance. Finally, the performance evaluation index has to be developed to consider the different positions.
