국내 프로축구 전력분석관 환경개선 방안

이 연구는 국내 프로축구 전력분석관들의 환경을 개선하기 위한 발전 방안을 도출하고자 했다. 전문가들의 의견 을 수렴하기 위하여 델파이 조사 기법을 실시했고, 전문가 패널은 국내 프로축구에서 전력분석관으로 오랜 경험을 갖추고 현장에 대한 이해도가 높은 10명으로 구성했다. 국·내외 문헌조사, 전문가 회의, 델파이 조사, 인터뷰 조사 등을 거쳤으며, 변이계수, 내용타당도비율, 일치도, 합의도 값을 통해 결과에 대한 타당도를 확보했다. 국·내외 문 헌조사와 전문가 회의를 통해 3개의 요소(인프라, 업무, 인식/차별/관계)로 구성된 32개의 문항을 도출했으며, 1차 델파이 조사를 통해 20개의 문항을 배제했고, 2차 델파이 조사를 통해 3개의 문항을 추가적으로 배제하여 최종적 으로 9개의 문항(채용과정, 계약형태, 임금, 수당, 과도한 업무량, 불규칙적인 업무시간, 제한적인 업무, 교육의 퀄 리티, 전력분석관에 대한 인식)을 도출했다. 도출된 9개의 문항들은 대부분 ‘전력분석관에 대한 인식’과 관련이 있 는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 국내 프로축구 전력분석관은 코칭스태프가 아닌 지원스태프로 여겨지고 있고, 프런트에 서는 전력분석관의 업무와 역할에 대해 제대로 인식하지 못하며, 전문가로 인정받지 못하고 있다. 이 연구는 국내 프로축구 전력분석관 환경개선에 필요한 요소들을 도출했지만, 구단 사정에 따라 모든 것들이 개선될 수는 없다. 이 연구는 실제 현장에서 근무하고 있는 전력분석관들에게 어떤 애로사항 있고 어떤 어려움을 겪고 있는지를 확인 하고 공론화했다는 점에 의의가 있다. 이 연구를 시발점으로 팀의 경기력 향상에 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 전력분 석관들이 하나의 직업으로써 제대로 자리 잡을 수 있도록 지속적인 노력이 필요한 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
This study attempted to derive a development plan to improve the environment of performance analysts in K-League. Delphi survey techniques were used to collect opinions from experts, and the expert panels were consisted of 10 people with long experience as a performance analyst in K-League and knowledge of football. It conducted domestic and foreign literature reviews, expert meetings, Delphi surveys, and interview surveys, and secured validity of the results through variability coefficients, content validity ratios, agreement, and consensus values. Through domestic and foreign literature reviews and expert meetings, 32 indexes with 3 factors(infrastructure, work, perception/discrimination/relationship) were firstly derived. And then 20 indexes were excluded through the first Delphi survey and 3 indexes were additionally excluded through the second Delphi survey, and 9 indexes(recruitment process, contract type, wage, allowance, excessive workload, irregular work hours, limited work, quality of education and awareness in performance analyst) were finally deduced. As a result of the survey, nine indexes were commonly caused by 'recognition for performance analysts'. In K-League, the performance analysts were recognized not as a coaching staff but a support staff. Also, the front desk staffs were not properly aware of the work and role of the performance analyst, and the performance analysts were not recognized as an expert. Although this study derived the factors necessary to improve the environment of performance analysts in K-League, everything can not be improved immediately due to the each club's circumstances. This study is meaningful in that it identified and publicized what hardships and difficulties there were and what difficulties they were experiencing for performance analysts working in the field. Starting with this study, continuous efforts are needed to ensure that performance analysts, who play an important role in improving the team's performance, can be properly established as a job.
