본 논문에서는 동이문화의 재인식이 매우 긴요하다는 학문적 인식을 바탕으로, 동이문화의 재인식을 위한 몇 가지 핵심적 관점을 제기하고자 한다. 이런 논의의 주요한 목적은 동이문화의 재인식이 한민족의 정체성을 파악하고 규명하고자 매우 긴요하다는 점을 확인하는데 주안점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 동이문명의 문명사적 의미를 살펴보고자 한다. 우선 본 논문에서는 동아시아 문명의 기원과 관련하여 동아시아 대륙 등에 걸친 공간적 이해의 폭을 넓혀보고자 한다. 아울러 동아시아 문명의 기원에 있어서 시간상의 이해에 관한 폭을 넓혀보고자 한다. 이상의 연구를 통해 동아시아 문명의 기원 문제에 있어서 東夷人의 공헌이 얼마나 중요한 것이었는지를 확인할 수 있다. 그 결과 동이집단과 그들이 창조해낸 문화는 동아시아 상고사상에 있어 매우 중요한 지위에 있었으며, 동아시아 문명의 건설의 주역이었음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 그리고 한민족의 주체가 바로 이 문화의 건설에 주역으로 참여하였음을 확인하기 위해 한민족의 사상적 문화적 연원과는 더욱 긴밀하고 폭넓은 사유가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 동이문화의 인식에 관한 연구는 더욱 강조되어서 동아시아 문명의 기원에 대한 새로운 패러다임이 형성되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Based on the academic recognition that re-recognition of Dongyi 東夷 culture is very important, this paper suggests some key perspectives of re-recognition of Dongyi 東夷 culture. First of all, the meaning of the civilized history of Dongyi 東夷 civilization will be examined. Next, this paper will attempt to broaden the spatial understanding of East Asian continents in relation to the origin of East Asian civilizations. In addition, this study will also try to expand the scope of time for understanding of the origin of East Asian civilizations. Through the above study, it can be confirmed that Dongyi's 東夷 contribution to the issue of the origin of East Asian civilizations was very important. The Dongyi 東夷 groups and the culture they created were not only in a very important position in ancient East Asia thought, but also they were the main actors in the construction of civilizations in East Asia. Besides, it is believed that closer and wider research of the ideological and cultural origins of the Korean 韓民族 is necessary to confirm that the Korean 韓民族 participated in the construction of this culture as the main role. In other words, a new paradigm on the origin of East Asian civilizations will have to be formed.
