중소제조기업특성과 성과관리시스템의 관련성

본 연구는 중소기업을 대상으로 기업특성과 성과관리시스템에 대한 영향관계를 검증하고, 궁극적으로 이러한 변수들이 기업의 경영성과 개선을 가져 올 수 있는지를 실증연구를 통해서 밝히고자 하였다. 연구결과 기업특성은 관점별 성과측정치의 사용정도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 시장특성과 기술특성은 성과관리시스템의 수립정도에 정의 영향을 미치며, 성과특성과 성과관리시스템의 수립정도는 경영성과에도 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 경영성과에 대한 기업특성과 관점별 성과측정치의 상호작용효과가 검증됨으로써 기업특성에 적합한 전략적 성과측정치의 설계가 이루어진다면 이들의 상호작용효과를 기대할수 있음을 나타내었다. 이러한 연구결과는 환경변화에 따른 상황인식과 함께 기업 특성의 진단과 적합한 성과측정치의 수립은 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 의미한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to whether Firms’ characteristics are makes a significant influence on performance indicators and whether the interaction between Firms’ characteristics and performance indicators makes a significant influence on the organizational performance. The results of this study indicate that Firms’ characteristics are effect partially presented on the performance indicators. And, the interaction of Firms’ characteristics and performance indicators are effect partially presented on the firm’s performances. This study used cross－sectional analysis by questionnaires. Variables were evaluated using self－reported perceptions and performance indicators are included in this study. So, future studies are required more refined methodology by considered this study's limitations.
