지금까지 문화 컨텐츠의 비용산정을 위한 기본적 데이터축적이나 문화 컨텐츠 가치평가 방법의 개발, 투자의사결정 지원시스템 등 컨텐츠 투자의 과학화라는 관점에서의 연구 성과가 전무한 것이 현실이다. 컨텐츠 산업의 애로점 분석자료들에 의하면 많은 자본이 소요되는 문화 컨텐츠의 개발을 위하여 영세한 컨텐츠 제작기업들이나 벤처기업들은 외부 투자자의 유치나 금융기관의 담보대출 등에 의존할 수밖에 없는데도 이들이 개발하고 있는 문화 컨텐츠의 객관적 가치를 평가하여 자금확충에 도움을 주지도 않으면서, 오히려 기본적인 대출비용 데이터조차 수집되고 있지 않다는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구는 컨텐츠 가치평가를 위한 필요 정책으로서 첫째, 소요자금의 예측을 위한 통계 데이터의 확보와 컨텐츠의 객관적 시장가치평가를 제시하며 둘째, 프로젝트 단계별 관리방법론, 셋째, 투자의사결정 지원시스템의 구축을 제안한다.
Abstract
In the perspective of scientific management of contents investments, the little researches have developed, which have been improvements of fundamental data with respect for costing of culture contents expenses, development of valuation models for culture contents, decision making support system in investments, etc. According to analysis data of the bottleneck in content industry, the poor contents manufacturers or venture enterprises that have developed culture contents to need much capital, have only depended on attraction of external investor or mortgage loan in financial institutions, etc. But related institutions have not to collect basic data of loan information as well as to help funds with culture contents. The results of this paper, therefore, are proposed market valuation with respect to contents value, the methods of stage management on project, the development of support system for decision making in investment.
