Abstract

If a dangerous situation occurs at the airport, it will have fluence on national security and national life. Regardless of in case of emergency. the guard is equipped strictly though professional manpower and excellent equipment. Aviation security members are in charge of important role in the airport as a security guard but when their conditions are compared to the military and police. they are not enough working conditions. Therefore the aviation security personnel are very important not only in the facility but also in the entrance and exit, person control. So professionalization and the legal system must be improved for a betterment of a labor condition and a guarantee of a legal status.
