항공기 구조물의 CBM 개념 적용을 위한 건전성 예측기법에 관한 연구

상태기반정비는 장비상태를 모니터링하여 잔여수명을 예측함으로써 최적의 정비시점을 결정하는 정비기법 개념이다. 특히 최신에 개발된 항공기들은 상태기반정비 예측기술을 이용하여 항공기 상태를 실시간으로 모니터링하고 분석함으로써 최적의 정비가 가능하도록 진화하고 있다. 따라서 최신의 상태 기반 예측정비 개념에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해서는 건전성 예측기법의 확보가 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 항공기 구조물의 상태기반정비 개념 적용을 위해 건전성 예측기법에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 파라미터들의 확률론적 불확실성을 효과적으로 반영할 수 있는 베이지안 기법을 이용하여 파손확률 추정 모델링을 수행하고, 수치예제로 항공기 외부연료 탱크 수평핀에 대한 건전성을 예측하였다. 연구결과 베이지안 기법은 항공기 구조물의 상태기반정비 개념 적용을 위한 건전성 예측에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
Abstract
Condition Based Maintenance(CBM) is a technique to determine the proper maintenance schedule by predicting remaining service life of aircraft structural components via monitoring their structural condition. Consequently the latest aircrafts have been developed to have monitoring capability and to be maintained at optimized interval using CBM method. Hence, in order for the CBM concept to work, it is important to acquire an accurate structural integrity prediction methodology. In this work, an integrity prediction technique was proposed in applying CBM to aircraft structural components. The Probability of Failure(PoF) modeling based on Bayesian method was carried out to estimate the uncertainty of parameters effectively. Furthermore, the horizontal fin attached to external fuel tank was selected as an example and the feasibility of this method was tested. From the result of the example, it was shown that the Bayesian approach can be utilized to predict aircraft structural integrity in applying CBM concept.
