Abstract
This study analyses the relationship among the employment, the wage, and the productivity by using the panel methodology for the regional manufacturing industry sector. The results of the analysis show that first of all, the manufacturing industry sector is opt for sustaining the Cobb-Duglas products function. Thus, as the wage has a positive effect for the productivity, the efficiency wage theory and performance-related pay schemes have been supported after the crisis period. Second, as the employment has a negative relationship with the productivity, we claim that there exists the negative supply shock after crisis period. Because the changed employments structure has caused to rapidly change the structure of labor-market. Lastly, the Dummy variable which divided between the Metropolitan area and Non-Metropolitan areas show positive effect to other variables. It means that the Metropolitan area is more efficiency than the Non-Metropolitan areas in terms of wage.
