종양간호학회지 논문 내용과 경향 분석 -창간호에서 2007년까지-

본 연구는 종양간호학회지에 게재된 창간호부터 2007년까지 7년간 게재된 논문 93편의 내용을 분석한 것이며 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 종양간호학 연구의 동향을 조망하고자 하였다. 분석대상 전체 논문 93편의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구의 유형은 학위논문이 21.5%, 재정지원을 받은 논 문이 33.3%, 일반논문이 45.2%이었다. 또한 2004년 이후의 간호연구는 2003년까지에 비해 학위논문보다는 일반논문의 게 재비율이 증가하였다. 둘째, 이론적 기틀의 유무에 따라서는 95.7%가 이론적 기틀 이 없었으며, 71.0%가 비실험 설계이었다. 또한 연구대상자는 환자가 57.0%로 가장 많았으며, 가족에 대한 연구는 4.1%로 가 장 적었으며 자료수집방법은 설문지법이 76.3%로 가장 많았다. 셋째, 간호의 주요 개념인 인간, 건강, 간호, 환경에 대한 연 구 중 건강에 대한 연구가 가장 많았고, 그 중 유방암에 대한 개 념이 가장 많았다. 환경관련 연구는 매우 부족하였으며 MeSH 에 있는 단어를 주요 개념으로 사용하도록 하였으나 사용한 경 우가 57.8%에 불과하였다. 이상의 결과를 근거로 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다. 첫째, 이론적 기틀을 제시한 연구가 확대되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 다양한 연구 방법을 적용한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것 이다. 셋째, 연구 대상자를 환자 이외 대상으로 확대할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 인간, 건강, 간호, 환경의 네 가지 간호 메타패러다임을 적용한 연구가 고르게 분포되어야 할 것이다. 다섯째, MeH에 있는 주요 개념을 사용하고 제시하여야 한다.
Abstract
Purpose of study was to analyze the research articles in the Journal of Korean Oncology Nursing in order to provide an direction for the future research. Methods: This study analyzed 93 studies published in the Journal of Korean Oncology Nursing, from its beginning year to the year 2007, according to the research objectives. The frame of evaluation included years and types of publication, the theoretical frameworks, research design, subject, data collection method, keyword analysis by MeSH. Results: 45.2% of studies was non-degree based studies. 95.7% of studies was not described theoretical framework in the articles. 71.0% was utilized a non-experimental design. 57% of subjects in researches was patients. 76.3% of studies were used the questionnaire for data collection. Concepts as human, nursing, and health were consistently appeared in research. But concepts of environment has been insufficiently conducted. Conclusion: Researches in the Journal of Korean Oncology Nursing has been changed in methodology and the topics of research for the last 7 yr. It progresses in both quantity and quality. But, it is necessary to conduct research founded on theoretical background, various research design, variability of study subjects and topics as supported by scientifically and empirically.
