최근 기업재무보고가 지향하는 표준형식으로 XBRL과 최종사용사중심의 의사결정점이 가능한 전자공시 방법으로써 XBRL을 시행함에 따른 예상되는 효과와 공시환경의 변화에 따른 이익의 질의 변화에 대하여 검증 분석하였다. 첫째, 가설 1을 실증분석 한 검증결과는 다음과 같다. 부채비율(LEV)은 1% 유의수준에서 통계적으로 유의함을 보였다. 부채비율이 낮을수록 전자공시의 회계처리로 인해 기업이 안정적이고 보수적으로 회계처리하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 총자산이익률(ROA)은 양의 관련성을 나타내고 있으나 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보이지 않고 있다. 마지막으로 당기순손실 더미변수(LOSS)는 음의 관련성을 나타내었으며 5% 유의수준에서 유의한 결과를 보였다. 둘째, 가설 2의 XBRL의 전자공시는 기존의 재무제표공시와 각 변수별 이익의 질에서 차이에 영향을 끼쳤는지를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시한 결과이다. 종속변수로 C-Score를 사용하고 독립변수로 자발적 검토 여부를 사용하여 실증분석 한 결과, 독립변수인 XBRL을 기반으로 한 전자공시 변수는 10% 유의수준에서 통계적으로 유의하였고 양의 관련성을 나타내어 XBRL을 기반으로 한 전자공시의 제도적 시행이 이익의 질에 유용함을 보여주었다. 각 변수별로 검증결과로 부채비율(LEV) 변수는 1% 유의수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 ROA 변수는 양의 관련성을 나타내었으나 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보이지 않았다.
Abstract
This Paper explores the historical and technical background of XBRL(eXtensible Business Reporting Language), Which is used in describing financial data and adapting information technology. This paper also examines the applicability to electronic disclosure system such as EDINET etc. XBRL has a integrated and flexible structure by separation expression part from description of financial data. The characteristic to have XBRL will help getting rid of many problems that current electronic disclosure systems have. This study demonstrates that the reviews between financial statements publication and Electric Disclosure System Using XBRL which have been regulated to listed firms in South Korean stock market since Oct. 2007. influence the quality of intrinsic value. This research has two significant outcomes as follows. First, The t-test of electric disclosure system using XBRL statement of publicly announced enterprises shows the average C-score of the electric disclosure system using XBRL is higher than that of financial statements publication and statistically significant result is also shown under the same condition. So does the outcome of the regression analysis. Second, assaying variance of C-score mean indicates the samples which review their electric disclosure system using XBRL do more than the counterpart. the regression analysis of these data shows the same conclusion.
