본 연구의 목적은 병동 신규 간호사의 임상 핵심 술기 자신감과 간호기록 중요도 인식이 임상 실무 수행능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 입사 1년 미만의 병동 간호사 100명을 대상으로 하여 2025년 6월부터 10월까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation, m,ultiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 병동 신규 간호사의 임상 실무 수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 임상 핵심 술기 자신감(ß=.23)과 간호기록 중요도 인식이었으며(ß=.22), 모형에 대한 설명력은 34.0%이었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 입사 1년 미만의 신규 간호사의 임상 실무 수행능력 향상을 위해 임상 핵심 술기 자신감을 증진시키고 간호기록 중요도 인식을 향상시킬 수 있는 신규 간호사 교육 전략을 세우고 임상 실무 현장에서 적용하는 것을 제언한다.
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the impact of importance in the self-confidence of core nursing skills on clinical competence and perception of importance of knowledge of nursing records on clinical competence among new graduated nurses in wards. Data were collected from 100 ward nurses with less than one year of experience, from June to October 2025. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. The results showed that clinical core skill confidence (ß=.23) and perception of the importance of nursing records (ß=.22) were significant factors influencing the clinical performance ability of newly graduated nurses in hospital wards, with an explanatory power of 34.0% for the model. Based on these findings, it is suggested that new nurse education strategies should be developed and implemented in clinical practice to enhance core skill confidence.
