대학도서관 독서치료 주제목록 개발을 위한 기초 연구

본 연구는 대학생들이 책을 통해 자신의 문제를 발견하고 스스로 치유하여 건강한 자아를 실현해 갈 수 있는 자기 성장적 정보제공을 목적으로 ‘발달적 독서치료 주제목록’을 제시하였다. 독서치료의 유형과 청년발달의 이론을 고찰하고, 대학생 상담 조사와 타대학 독서치료 주제목록 제공 사례 분석 결과를 토대로 대주제를 ‘육체/정신발달’, ‘사회/정서발달’, ‘인지발달’, ‘진로발달’의 4개 영역을 설정하여, 중주제와 소주제를 도출하였다. 대학 신입생 때부터 발달적 독서치료를 통하여 자기 이해를 바탕으로 진로목표를 설정하고 자기 주도적 삶을 전개할 수 있다면 대학교육의 효과를 더욱 높일 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study presents “The Subject List for Develop- mental Bibliotherapy”, for the purpose of offering self- development information to university students to assist them in identifying problems, and solving them while strengthening their egos. Theories relating to devel- opmental psychology of young adult, results of analysing of student survey and successful examples of bib- liotherapy subject lists from other universities have been applied for classifying of subject of this study. The four classes, are physical/mental development, social/emotional development, cognitive development and career devel- opment, have been classified into sub-classes and divisions in this study. With fixed career goals based on documents of developmental bibliotherapy, students can manage a more effective university education as early as their freshman year.
