국내 최초의 SDR 무전기인 TMMR은 기존에 운용되던 다양한 무전기를 하나로 통합하여 개발된 것이다. 이를 위해 1996년 최초 장기 소요가 결정되었고, 2010년에 체계개발을 시작한 이후 2018년에 국방규격이 제정됨으로써 종료되었다. 체계개발 과정 중 개발시험평가에서 기준 미달', 운용시험평가에서 '전투용 부적합' 판정을 받았으나, 작전운용성능(ROC)을두 차례 수정한 뒤 재시험을 통과하였다. 본 연구에서는 시험평가 간 발생된 주요사항과 작전운용성능 변경에 대해 살펴보 고, 디지털 변조 및 IP 기반 특성 분석을 통해 결합 원인을 고찰하였다.
Abstract
The first SDR radio in Korea, TMMR is a radio developed by integrating various types of radios which have been operated in the past into one radio. TMMR was first decided on long-term disposal in 1996, and after the system development started in 2010, the system. development was terminated due to the establishment of the defense specifications in 2018, During the process of developing the system, it was judged that the development test and operation test were failed respectively, and were passed through retest. In this process, the Required Operational Capability(ROC) was changed twice. In this review, we investigated the major defects and ROC changes that occurred during TMMR test. And, we analyzed the TMMR's digital modulation scheme and IP-based characteristics to determine the cause of the defects,
