This study proposes the Top-down ESS profile configuration procedure that based on the Multi-Level ESS method, the Cumulated Screening Strength of the Key-component is estimated and confirmed by comparing with the target Screening Strength of the system. At first applying this procedure to the weapons system made the Cumulated Screening Strength of the Key-component insufficient for the target Screening Strength. However after repeating configuration the ESS profile, the Cumulated Screening Strength of the Key-component got better and effective result.
Abstract
