본 연구는 백색연막통 KM5를 조사하였다. 백색연막통은 육군에서 병력과 물자를 은폐하는 수단이다. 연막통의 연막 차장은 작전 시 장병들의 생존과 매우 밀접하다. 연막이 방출되면 이후에 사용할 수 없기 때문에, 연막통의 성능은 시험하기 전까지 확인할 수 없다. 이러한 이유로 연막통의 신뢰성을 확인하기 위해 저장 기간동안 저장탄약신뢰성평가(ASRP : Ammunition Stockpile Reliability Program)를 수행한다. 본 논문은 2007 ~ 2001년 동안 수행된 ASRP 시험 데이터를 활용하여 불발, 점화지연시간, 연막방출시간을 신뢰성 분석하여 연막통의 신뢰성과 저장 수명을 추정하였다. 우선 결점에 따라 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 다음은 연막방출시간과 점화지연시간의 변화추이를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 각 분석의 결과를 종합하여 품목의 신뢰도와 수명을 추정하였다. 본 연구가 향후 유사품목의 ASRP에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
This study was to investigate smoke pot, KM5. The smoke pot was a means of concealing troops and supplies in the army. The smoke screen of smoke pot was very closely related to survival of soldiers in operation. since smoke pot cannot be used after smoke screen released, the performance of smoke pot cannot be confirmed until it was tested. For this reason, ASRP(Ammunition Stockpile Reliability Program) was performed during the storage period to confirm the reliability of smoke pot. This paper estimated the reliability and shelf-life of an item through reliability analysis of misfire, ignition delay time, smoke emission time using ASRP data conducted from 2007 to 2021. First we classified defects and analyzed reliability. Next, the change trends of smoke emission time and ignition delay time were identified. Finally, the reliability and shelf life of the item were estimated by synthesizing the results of each analysis. The result of this study can be used in subsequent ASRP of similar items.
