본 연구는 대학 교양 교과목 내 적응역량 상담프로그램을 연계하여 진행하고 그것이 대학생활적응도와 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하는 것이다. 이는 대학 교양 교과목을 다양한 프로그램과 개발하여 대학생이 독립적인 성인으로 성장하는데 필요한 요소들을 도출하고 성숙한 사회인으로 역할 수행에 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 J대학교 교양필수 교과목 수강생 40명을 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 20명씩 무작위로 임의 선정하였다. 자료분석 방법은 상관분석과 대응표본 t검증을 실시하였으며 그 결과 첫째, 실험집단과 통제집단의 대학생활적응도의 차이 검증 결과 본 연구에서는 효과가 있음으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실험집단과 통제집단의 진로결정 자기 효능감의 차이 검증 결과 또한 본 연구에서는 효과가 있음으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 대학 내 교양 교과목과 연계한 적응역량 프로그램이 대학생활적응도와 진로결정 자기 효능감을 향상시키는데 효과성을 입증하였다고 판단된다.
Abstract
This study is conducted in conjunction with the Adaptive Competency Counseling Program in the liberal arts curriculum of the university and seeks to verify the effect on university life adaptation and career decision self-efficacy. The aim is to develop a variety of programs and programs for university liberal arts courses, to derive the elements necessary for college students to grow into independent adults, and to provide basic materials to help them fulfill their role as mature social workers. The study subjects random assigned 40 students of the Liberal Arts Essentials course at J University to the experimental and control groups as 20 students each. The data analysis was performed by correlation analysis and corresponding sample T verification, and as a result, first, the difference in the adaptability of the university life of the experimental group and the control group was verified and found to be effective in this study. Second, the results of the verification of the difference in career determination self-efficacy of the experimental and control groups were also shown to be effective in this study. These results suggest that the adaptive competency program in conjunction with the liberal arts curriculum in the university has demonstrated effectiveness in improving the sense of adaptation to university life and career decision self-efficacy.
