이 연구는 무예진흥의 정책과 운영의 문제점에 대하여 자아 성찰적 비판과 정체성이 무엇인지를 심층적으로 분석하였고 또 어떠한 문제점이 있는지를 살펴보고 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하다. 첫째, 무예의 다양한 재조명 활용방안이 없었으며 한국화 세계화 방안 구축이상의 연구성과를 바탕으로 한 기획이 창출되지 않았다. 이는 전통무예의 활성화 방안에 관한 문제점이 무엇인지 정부기관의 인식이 필요하며 그 해결 방안에 대한 공청회가 반드시 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 우리 무예계는 이기주의 및 패권주의로 나아가고 있으며 이로 지속적인 제도권 국가예산을 집행할 수 없는 상황이었다. 즉 서로 힘을 합쳐서 한 통로 갈 수 있는 각 무예종목 단체통합이 반드시 강구되어야 한다. 또 무예진흥에 있어서 보다 진보된 개혁정책으로 나가야 하고 서로 응집하고 소통하여 무예진흥의 길로 나가야 할 것이다. 셋째, 무예단체 간 정치적으로 서로 비방하는 것이 혁파가 되어야 한다는 것과 종목에 따라 연합 통합된 단체기구로 가야 한다는 것이다. 따라서 단체 간 소통과 통합 그리고 국가기관에 입성할 수 있도록 제도적 개선이 필요하다. 마지막으로는 대회운영 및 특정한 어느 지역 중심보다 많은 무예인들과 일선지도자들에게 물질적 지원을 줄 수 있는 대책방안이 있어야 한다.
Abstract
This study deeply analyzed the self - reflection criticism and identity about the problem of the policy and operation of the martial arts promotion and concluded in detail about what kind of problems there are as follows. First, there were no plans to utilize various re - examination methods of martial arts. It is necessary for government agencies to recognize what problems are related to the activation of traditional martial arts, and a public hearing on the solution should be made. Second, our martial arts are moving toward egoism and hegemony, and it is impossible to enforce the continuous budget of the system. In other words, the unification of each martial arts event that can go together in one way must be taken. In addition, in the promotion of martial arts, it is necessary to go into more advanced reform policies, to converge and communicate with each other, and to go the way of martial arts promotion. Third, it should be said that the militant groups should be reformed politically, and that they should go to the unified group organizations according to the events. Therefore, institutional improvement is needed to enable communication and integration among the organizations and to enter the national organizations. Finally, there must be measures to provide material support to the martial artists and frontline leaders, rather than to the operation of the competition and to any particular regional center.
