본 연구는 복싱선수의 진로불안과 관련한 심리적 메카니즘을 알아보기 위해, 복싱선수가 인식한 진로불확실성과 진로불안의 관계를 진로태도성숙이 매개하는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구를 진행하기 위해 대한복싱협회에 등록된 복싱선수들을 대상으로 연구의 취지를 설명하고 온·오프라인을 병행하여 설문지를 배포하였다. 총 250부의 설문지를 배포하여 모두 회수하였다. 회수된 데이터 중 반응 고정화 현상 또는 불성실한 자료와 무기입 자료 29부를 제외한 총 221명의 자료를 최종 유효 표본으로 선정하였다. 최종 유효 표본은 SPSS/WIN 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 더불어 진로태도성숙의 매개효과를 알아보고자 Hayes(2013)의 SPSS PROCESS macro 모형 4를 이용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 복싱선수의 진로불확실성은 진로불안에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 복싱선수의 진로불확실성이 진로불안에 미치는 영향에서 진로태도성숙은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 복싱선수를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to find out whether career attitude maturity mediated the relationship between career uncertainty and career anxiety perceived by boxers in order to find out the psychological mechanism related to career anxiety in boxers. To conduct the study, the purpose of the study was explained to boxers registered with the Korea Boxing Association, and questionnaires were distributed both online and offline. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and collected. Among the collected data, a total of 221 data were selected as the final valid sample, excluding 29 copies of data with reaction fixation or insincere data and uninformed data. The final valid sample was subjected to frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program. In addition, Hayes (2013)'s SPSS PROCESS macro model 4 was used to examine the mediating effect of psychological state. As a result of the analysis, first, career uncertainty of boxers was found to have a positive effect on career anxiety. Second, in the effect of career uncertainty on career anxiety in boxers, career attitude maturity was found to have a mediating effect.
