부품·소재 산업의 국내외 동향과 선진기업의 사례 연구

부품·소재산업은 선진경제로 진입하기 위한 성장 동력으로 그 중요성이 매우 높아지고 있다. 세계경제의 글로벌화, 수요기업들의 세계적 경영 및 글로벌소싱 확대, 부품의 모듈화, 기술의 융합화 등의 경향으로 세계 부품·소재 업계는 소수의 일류기업만 생존하는 체제로 전환하고 있다. 따라서 국내 부품·소재 기업들이 세계일류화를 달성할 수 있는 전략을 도출하는 것은 선진경제로 진입하기 위해 노력하고 있는 우리 경제에 가장 시급한 과제이다. 우리 경제의 지속성장을 위해 부품·소재 산업이 가지는 전략적 중요성은 높아지고 있지만, 동 산업을 둘러싼 경쟁환경 전망은 그리 밝지만은 않다. 중국이 급속한 산업화를 통해 완제품뿐 만 아니라 부품·소재에서도 우리의 강력한 경쟁자로 급부상하고 있고, 또한 일본과의 FTA 협상이 진행되고 있어 부품·소재 부문에서 근본적인 경쟁력을 확충하지 못할 경우, 그동안 축적되어 왔던 경쟁력기반마저 잠식당할 가능성이 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 부품·소재 산업에 대한 주요 선진국의 최근 동향을 파악하고 동 산업의 선진 기업에 대한 핵심 성공요인의 도출을 통해 국내 부품ㆍ소재 산업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 실효성 있는 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
The importance is very high by growth power that parts·materials industries enters for van economy. World parts·materials industries is switching over by regimen that live a few's first class enterprise to inclination of etc.. globalization of international economy, universal management of demand enterprises and global sourcing enlargement, modularization of parts, fusion of a technology. Strategic importance of parts·materials industries is rising for continuance growth of our economy, but competition environment view which this industry encloses is not so good. The China is rising hastily by our strong competitor on finished product, parts·materials such as site through fast industrialization, and in case we do not expand fundamental competitive power in parts·materials sides in circumstances FTA negotiation is proceeded with Japan, possibility that accumulated competitive power base encounters encroachment until now is growing. Therefore, this study grasps the trend of main advanced nation for parts·materials industries and through deduction of key success factor about advanced corporation of this industry gives suggestions as to strategies that it have effectiveness for competitive power raising of domestic parts·materials industry.
