본 논문은 2012년부터 2030년까지 계획된 지적재조사사업의 성공적 수행을 위해 필요한 민간 지적측량업체의 지적재조사 사업 참여 방법을 모색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구를 위해서 민간 지적측량업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 설문조사 결과 민간 참여 활성화를 위해서는 업무 수행 난이도를 낮추고, 대행수수료 문제나 과다한 업무 부담 등의 문제를 해결해야 할 것이며, 발주 금액은 1억원 이상, 사업 기간은 9개월 정도로 책정하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This paper aims to promote the chance and find the better ways to participate from the private sectors in the National Cadastral Resurvey Project. The extensive interviews and surveys had been done for the more than 100 cadastral companies in Korea. As a result, to promote the participation of this project, it is recommended that level of difficulties in executing the project is to be lowered and workloads and project fees are also to be decreased. Newly suggested project budget should be more than 100 million won per project and a project duration be more than 9 months.
