초록

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the concepts of nurses' subjective well -being and clarify its attributes reflected in compre - hensive nursing care services. Methods: A concept analysis was conducted using Walker and Avant’s eight step approach. Data were collected from databases such as PubMed, CINAHL Plus with Full Text, RISS, DBpia and KISS. Sixteen articles in English and Korean were analyzed through a literature search. Results: The key attributes identified were 'evaluation of meaning of life’and "harmonious balance: the internal and external environment in daily life." The antecedents of subject well-being in compre- hensive nursing care services included high life satisfaction, positivity , and the absense of negativity. The consequences of subjec- tive well being in comprehensive nuring care services included the nurses realizing their potential; physical, mental, and social comfort; and control over the surroundings. Conclusion: The concept analysis provides insight into subjective well-being in comprehensive nursing care services and helps ground the concept in a comprehensive nursing care unit.
