사진 자격제도 개선방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

The present time, the field of photography has grown and developed by leaps and bounds in quantity and quality now than it used to be. However, recently the phenomenon of nonsupplement of freshmen at the local college and university has shown to be more serious. As to its reasons, the external factors like the decrease of population for the high school graduates and university entrance affected it primarily, but the universities in charge of education of photography have pursued the growth in quantity only. And, they did not grow the market for the photography on that scale. To solve the ‘national technical qualifications system’ should be extended to various certification grades according to the present demand and supply of manpower resources. At the same time, it needs to establish and promote the plan for activating the ‘private certification’. This study was to suggest the directions and grounds for the activity of ‘Reform Committee on System for Photography Certification’ tentatively named, within The Society of Korea Photography to be offered in the near future as a property of preliminary study in order to improve and promote the system for photography certification.
