예비유아교사를 위한 창의성 프로그램 개발과 효과검증연구

본 연구는 예비유아교사들을 중심으로 창의성을 측정·평가하고 이를 바탕으로 예비유아교사들의 창의성을 증진시키기 위한 창의성프로그램을 개발하기 위해 진행되었다. 본 연구대상은 P광역시에 소재한 T대학과 D대학 예비유아교사 38명으로 프로그램의 효과검증을 위해 TTCT 도형검사를 실시하였고, 실험집단 18명에게는 Renzulli(2000)의 NDC를 기초로 본 연구자가 개발한 창의성 프로그램을 적용하였으며, 매 차시 산출된 활동지와 작품을 분석하였다. 자료처리는 사전·사후검사 간의 차이를 알아보기 위해 대응표본 t-검증, 실험집단과 비교집단간의 차이를 알아보기 위해 독립표본 t-검증과 공분산분석(ANCOVA)를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 창의성 개발 프로그램이 창의성의 하위요인중 독창성, 추상성, 정교성, 개발성에 유의한 증진 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop, apply and evaluate the effectiveness of creativity program on creativity for pre-service teachers. Participants were 38 pre-service teachers who were attending at university in Busan. The creativity program(applied Renzulli's NDC) were applied to the experimental group but the control group didn't. Results showed significant differences between experimental and control groups in creativity such as originality, abstractness of titles, elaboration, and resistance to premature closure. In Conclusion, this study showed that the creativity program was effective for advancing in the creative thinking abilities of pre-service teachers.
