Purpose: 본 연구는 산업간호사의 근무조건 향상과 업무수행을 증진을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. Method: 본 연구의 대상자는 2009년 1월부터 2010년 12월까지 한국산업간호협회에서 실시된 교육에 참여하고, 연구의 목적을 이해하고 이에 동의한 955명이다. 연구도구 설문지는 일반적 특성, 근무조건, 보건관리 업무수행정도로 구성되어 있다. 자료는 SPSS win 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. Result: 대상자의 보건관리 업무수행 정도는 평균 3.11점이었고, 하부영역 별로로 건강관리 영역 3.64점, 작업환경관리 영역 2.91점, 그리고 산업보건관리 영역은 2.77점이었다. 대상자의 보건관리 업무수행 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 산업간호사의 근무경력(β=.199), 사업장 업종(β=.126), 급여수준(β=.-277)이었으며, 설명력은 11.4% (F=3.175, p<.001)이었다. Conclusion: 산업간호사는 산업재해 및 직업병을 예방하는 산업보건 영역의 핵심인력이다. 본 연구를 통해 산업간호사의 적절한 근무조건 및 보건관리 업무수행 증진의 중요성을 확인할 수 있다.
Abstract
Purpose: This is a descriptive studythat provides basic material to improve occupational health nurses' work conditions and industrial performance status. Method: The 955 nurses who participated in the training program to understand the purpose of this study from January 2009 to December 2010 conducted by the Korean Association of Occupational Health Nurses agreed to be subjects for the study. The questionnaire included the general characteristics, work conditions and performance of occupational health management. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Result: Occupational health management performance of the subjects averaged 3.11 points and detailed area by health management 3.64 points, environment management 2.91 points and occupational management 2.77 points. Health management performance of those factors affecting the duration of occupational health nurse(β=.199), type of industry(β=.126), average annual income(β=.-277) to 11.4%(F=3.175, p<.001) were found to be a significant determinant. Conclusion: Occupational health nurses are the core workforce of occupational health through the prevention of occupational disease and industrial accidents. Findings of this study can be an important resource to increase appropriate occupational health nurses' work conditions and performance of occupational health management.
