Terrorism, piracy and strike are very serious risks to operate marine adventure, as well as it is been regulated to exclusion perils etc. from the cargo insurance clauses and hull insurance clauses, constructing legal meaning will be argued when the dispute between the insurer and the insured will be occurred. Happening of these problems is caused by the different of construction on terrorism, piracy and strike between marine insurance and non-marine insurance fields. Therefore, in this paper, the principle of construction between marine insurance and non-marine insurance fields on terrorism, piracy and strike is studied and clearly established the distinction of both.
