서로 다른 방법으로 배양된 치수 세포의 유전자 발현에관한 DNA microarray assay를 이용한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to characterize human dental pu1p cells isolated with different methods and to examine cell gene expression related growth and proliferation under conditions for the purpose of pulp/dentin tissue engineering and regeneration. Using DNA microarray assay, we compared the gene expression pattems of human pu1p cells, isolated with either enzyme-digestion(isolated with col1agenase and dispase) or explant method. We found that two different isolated methods give rise to different1y expressing genes, whose function are critical for cel1u1ar growth and maíntenance.This report described the different gene expression pattems of human pulp cells, isolated with two different method(enzyme-digestion or explant method) and suggested infonnation for further study that is pre-requisite to establishing pulp tissue engineering and primary cel1 culturing protocol.
