TGF-ßs 가 사람 치수세포의증식과 분화에 미치는 영향

Abstract

This study was designed to differentiate the effect of TGF-ß1, TGF-ß2, and TGF-ß3 on the proliferation and differentiation of the cultured human denta1 pulp cells. MTT assay and alk외ine phosphatase activity assay was performed after 24- and 48-hours incubation of the human denta1 p비p cells with 1, 5, and 10 ng/m1 of the TGF- ßs. The results were as follows: 1. The cell proliferation was increased after 24-hour incubation of the human denta1 p비p cells with TGF-ß1 in concentrations of 1 ng/m1, 2, TGF-ß3 group showed the highest cell proliferation activity after 48-hour incubation 3. The alkaline phosphatase activity was not changed compared with control group after 24-hour incubation of the human dental pulp cells. 4, TGF-ßl group showed the highest alkaline phosphatase activity after 48• hour incubation, 5, TGF-ß1 and TGF-ß3 may have an important role in the early stage and the late stage of the injured denta1 pulp regeneration process respectively These results suggest that TGF-ßs may promote the pulp regeneration and reparative dentin formation stim비 ating the proliferation 뻐d differentiation of the human pulp progenitor cells.
