노출된 흰쥐 치수 치유과정중BMP와 BMP 수용체 분포에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to 10때ize the bone morphogenetic protein-2 tBMP-2l and BMP-2 receptor during the regeneration of the mechanically exposed dental pulp of the rats. The pulp regeneration process was examined after 1, 3, 7, and 14 days of the dental puJp exposure of the rats by immunohistochernical method using anti-BMP-2 and anti-BMP-2 receptor antilx잉ies. The results were as follows: 1. The irnmunoreactivity of the BMP-2 was strong in the coronal ptÙP tissue adjacent to the exposed area 2. The immunoreactivity of the BMP-2 was strong around the vessels in the radicular pulp tissue. 3. The immunoreactivity of the BMP-2 receptor in the corona1 p미p tissue was very sirnilar to that of BMP-2 in the intensity and the timecourse. 4. The immunoreactivity of the BMP-2 receptor was not lirnited around the vessels in the radicular pulp tissue. These results suggest that the BMP-2 may have an important role dwing the regeneration of the injured dental pulp stimuJating the proliferation and differentiation of the progenitor cells of the dental pulp.
