본 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정유형에 따라 어머니의 양육행동은 애정성에서만 유의미한 차이가 나타났고, 나머지 하위범주와 총점은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었고, 유아의 놀이성과 의사소통능력은 유의한 차이가 있었다. 즉, 일반가정 어머니와 다문화가정 어머니의 양육행동은 비슷한 수준으로 나타났고, 일반가정 유아가 다문화가정 유아보다 놀이성과 의사소통능력의 하위영역 점수와 총점에서 모두 높게 나타났다.둘째, 어머니의 양육행동, 유아의 놀이성 및 의사소통능력간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 어머니의 양육행동과 유아의 놀이성 간의 관계는 가정유형 별로 다르게 나타났고, 어머니의 양육행동과 유아의 의사소통능력 간의 관계와 유아의 놀이성과 의사소통능력 간의 관계는 는 일반가정과 다문화가정 모두 정적상관을 나타냈다. 결론적으로 가정의 특성 및 어머니의 양육행동에 따라 유아의 놀이성과 의사소통능력에 차이가 있었다. 따라서 일반가정과 다문화가정 유아의 놀이성과 의사소통능력을 이해하기 위해서는 유아의 가정의 환경을 고려하여야 한다.
Abstract
Th e results obtained from this study are summarized as follows : First, there was a signifi cant diff erence in mother's parenting behavior only in aff ection according to family type, there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence between the remaining subcategories and total scores, and there was a signifi cant diff erence in infant play and communication skills. In other words, the parenting behavior of mothers from ordinary families and mothers from multicultural families was similar, and infants from ordinary families were higher in both the lower areas of play and communication skills than infants from multicultural families.Second, as a result of examining the relationship between mother's parenting behavior, infant's playfulness and communication ability, the relationship between mother's parenting behavior and infant's ability to communicate and the relationship between mother's parenting behavior and infant's ability to communicate was static for both general and multicultural families.In conclusion, there was a diff erence in the playfulness and communication ability of the infant, depending on the characteristics of the family and the parenting behavior of the mother.
