장애인의 자립생활이 공연예술서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구*: 장애인복지관 이용자를 중심으로
A Study on the Effect of Independent Living of the Disabled and Satisfaction Level of Performing Arts Services: Focusing on Users of Disabled Welfare Center

본 연구의 목적은 장애인복지관을 이용하는 개별 장애인의 선택권이 높아지는 상황에서 장애인의 사회적 자립생활정도와 공연예술서비스의 선호도, 필요도, 만족도를 확인하는데 있다. 또한 복지관을 이용하는 장애인의 자립생활정도, 선호도, 필요도를 확인하여 공연예술서비스 만족도와의 연관성을 찾고 그에 따른 향후 사업구상에 객관적인 자료로 활용하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구의 분석을 위해 공연예술서비스를 제공받고 있는 이용자 중 100여명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 분석결과, 사회적 자립정도, 선호도, 필요도가 높을수록 공연예술서비스에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타나고, 서로에게 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 즉 장애인의 문화예술 활동에 있어 사회적 자립, 선호, 필요성을 위한 서비스와 프로그램을 전략적으로 기획․운영하여 공연예술서비스에 대한 만족도를 높이고자 하는 것에 제언을 가지게 되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the degree of social independent living and preference, necessity, and satisfaction of performing arts services as the right of choice of individuals with disabilities using disabled welfare center has been increasing. In addition, by confirming the degree of independent living, preference and necessity of disabled people using the welfare center, it is aimed to find out how those are related to the satisfaction of performing arts services and to utilize it as objective data for a future business plan. For the analysis of this study, we surveyed about 100 users who are receiving the performing arts services. As a result of the analysis, it was proved that the higher the level of social independence, preference and necessity, the higher the satisfaction of the performing arts services, which means that they affect each other. In other words, I have proposed to improve the satisfaction of performing arts services by strategically planning and operating services and programs for social independence, preference, and necessity in cultural arts activities of the handicapped.
