초록

Each of the problems arising from every tribal society or country, which is linked to climate, urbanization and migration, are connected with mobility and immobility. There is a denominator that draws attention to the undue power relations shown by unequal mobility. The problem of mobility today is a political, social and ethical problem. The COVID-19 situation has produced resolving the problem of political ethnicity and nationalism, and the conflict of human society. The number of people in the African continent who are persecuted in their own country for their race, religion, citizenship, or political opinion and flee to other countries continues to rise. Some of these people become refugees in the Republic of Niger. The Republic of Niger has become popular for refugees is due to being the closest way to Europe via the Mediterranean Sea. As a host country, Niger has established refugee camps, enacted refugee status laws and followed the UN refugee protection policy. However, the government of Niger, which is currently in a worse situation, does not have a clear solution. In this paper, I will examine the political movement of refugees from the Republic of Niger who march through the Sahara Desert through Libya to Europe, from a biblical and missiological perspective. The task of ministers is to take social responsibility for refugees by forming relationships based on a biblical world view, improving tribalism, promoting cooperative living in a universal multi-ethnic community and caring for people through job creation. When such tasks are conducted, we can create an environment in which the refugees can take social responsibility.
