해양수산업의 4차 산업혁명 관련 기술 활용도 분석

본 연구는 차세대 성장 동력 중의 하나로 손꼽히는 해양수산업을 대상으로 4차 산업혁명관련 기술의 확산정도를 한국정보화진흥원에서 조사하고 있는 『정보화 통계조사』 원시자료를 활용하여 분석하여 보았다. 주요 분석결과를 소개하면 다음과 같다. 수산물 유통업은 다른 산업에 비하여 4차 산업혁명에 가잘 잘 대응하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 정보화 수준도 높고 4차 산업혁명관련 기술의 활용도도 높아 다른 산업에 비하여 신기술 확산이 원활하게 이루어지고 있다고 판단되며 이는 산업경쟁력과 성장에 긍정적으로 작용할 것으로 기대된다. 해양수산 관련서비스업은 정보화투자 측면에서는 상대적으로 열위에 있으나 업무정보화와 4차 산업혁명 관련기술에서 높은 활용도를 보여 다른 산업에 비하여 우위에 있다고 판단된다. 따라서 해양수산업 중 수산물유통업과 해양수산 관련 서비스업은 다른 산업에 비하여 신기술 활용도나 확산의 측면에서 가장 유리한 위치에 있다고 판단된다. 반면에 해운항만 업, 선박 및 해양플랜트 건조 수리업 그리고 해양수산기자재 제조업은 정보화 및 4차 산업혁명 관련기술의 활용도 모두에서 열위의 수준을 보이고 있어 신기술이 가지고 있는 기술적 잠재성을 활용하는 데 불리한 위치에 있다고 판단된다.
Abstract
For Ocean and fishing industry, which is considerd one of the new growth engines, this study analyzed the diffusivity of technology related to the 4th industrial revolution using the raw data of 『Survey on the Information society』 which is being surveyed by the National Information Society Agency(NIA). The main results of our study are as follows. Compared to other industries, we found that Fishery distribution industry responded best to the 4th industrial revolution, due to the higher level of informatization and higher technologies utilization. It is evaluated that the spread of new technologies in Fishery distribution industry is smoothly compared to other industries, and this fact is expected to have a positive effect on industrial competitiveness and growth. The Ocean and fisheries related services industry is relatively inferior in terms of informatization investment, but it is evaluated to be superior to other industries as it shows higher utilization in business informatization and in technology related to the 4th industrial revolution. Therefore, Therefore, among Ocean and fishing industry, Fishery distribution industry and The Ocean and fisheries related services industry are considered to be in the most advantageous position compare to other industries in terms of utilization and diffusion of new technologies. On the other hand, the shipping and port industry, shipbuilding and offshore plant construction & repair industry, and Ocean and fisheries equipment manufacturing industry are inferior in both informatization and technologies utilization related to the 4th Industrial Revolution. So those are in unfavorable position in utilizing the technological potential of new technologies.
