초록
This study aims to review the literature and analyze Chinese companies' HR strategies and practices increasing their global competitiveness through market-leading strategies from imitation-oriented strategies. This study examines the historical changes in the HR strategies of Chinese companies and infers the possibility of future changes and development. Human resources strategies and practices are recognized as imitating and accepting Western theories, but this study aims to determine whether these arguments are factual or not. The possibility of generalization of the HR system in cross-cultural areas can be examined through this analysis. The validity of the hypothesis of convergence and expansion related to the application of the system to cross-cultural areas is presented. Finally, the results of this study can give implications for the localization strategies of foreign companies that plan to enter the Chinese market.
