중소병원 간호사의 양생과 행복에 관한 연구

초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 중소병원 간호사의 양생과 행복 정도를 확인하고, 양생과 행복 간의 관계를 알아보아 중소병원 간호사의 행복 증진을 위한 구체적인 중재 프로그램을 개발하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 S특별시와 G도에 소재하는 중소병원 에 근무하는 간호사 136명이다. 자료수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2013년 2월부터 6월까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS +PC WIN 19.0 Version을 사용하여 서술통계, t-test와 one way ANOVA, Scheffe‘s test, Pearson correlation coefficients와 Stepwise multiple regression을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 양생과 행복정도(r=.458, p<.001) 간에는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 양생은 행복을 20.4%(p<.001) 설명하고, 단계적으로 직무만족도를 추가하였을 때 23.8%(p=.009)의 설명력을 보였다. 결론: 양생은 행복을 증진하는 건강 관리법으로 활용가능하다.

Abstract

This study was designed to assess the degree of Yangsaeng (oriental health care regimen) and happiness of nurses who work in small and medium-sized of hospitals and to identify correlations of between variables in Korea. Methods: Participants were 131 nurses in hospitals in Seoul and Kyunggido. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, multiple regression and Cronbach's α. Results: Mean scores were 2.99(5 point scale) for Yangsaeng and 4.64(7 point scale) for happiness. Yangseang positively correlated with happiness (r=.463, p<.001). Job satisfaction was a significantly correlated with Yangsaeng and happiness. Yangsaeng, job satisfaction and age explained 28.0% of happiness. Conclusion: We found Yangsaeng could improve happiness. Therefore, Yangsaeng could be recommended as a way of promoting health and happiness.
